Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests politely and provide professional table service.
• Set up tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, glassware, and other service items.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
• Ensure tables are clean, neat, and properly arranged at all times.
• Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery promptly and safely.
• Assist guests with menu information and basic food/beverage queries.
• Check guest satisfaction and respond politely to requests or complaints.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, cashier, and F&B supervisor for smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, service areas, and equipment.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Handle crockery, cutlery, glassware, and restaurant equipment carefully.
• Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and clearing during events and banquets.
• Prepare the restaurant/service area before opening and ensure proper closing procedures.
• Report damaged equipment, shortages, maintenance issues, or guest concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow hotel SOPs, grooming standards, discipline, and safety policies.
• Assist other F&B team members during busy periods as required.

• Should be well groomed
• Must have good communication skills (hindi or english)
