Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas as per hotel standards.
Make beds, change bed linen, towels, and other room amenities.
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all required surfaces and areas.
Replenish toiletries, drinking water, tea/coffee supplies, and other guest amenities.
Check rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report them to the supervisor.
Handle guest belongings and hotel property carefully and maintain confidentiality.
Collect and properly handle dirty linen and garbage as per hotel procedures.
Respond politely and promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping.
Follow proper procedures for Lost & Found items.
Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping equipment and assigned work areas.
Follow hotel standards for hygiene, grooming, safety, and sanitation.
Coordinate with the Front Office and Housekeeping Supervisor regarding room status and special guest requirements.
Complete assigned rooms within the expected time while maintaining quality standards.
Follow all hotel policies, SOPs, and safety procedures.
