Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Continental dishes as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Assist in daily food preparation, mise en place, and kitchen operations.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
• Handle ingredients, equipment, and kitchen utensils safely and efficiently.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and rotation of food items.
• Support the Chef/Sous Chef in smooth kitchen operations during service.
• Coordinate with other kitchen team members to ensure timely food preparation.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
• Keep the workstation clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and HACCP standards.
• Assist in receiving and checking the quality of ingredients when required.

Eligibility

• 12th passed with experience
• HM fresher for commi 3
• Continental cuisine commi 1 2 & 3 role

Education: 12th/ diploma course/HM/any
