Key Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities – Pantry Commis 3
• Assist in preparing salads, sandwiches, cold dishes, dressings, sauces, and basic pantry items.
• Complete mise en place and ensure ingredients are ready for service.
• Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain proper food storage, labelling, and FIFO practices.
• Ensure freshness and quality of all pantry ingredients.
• Support the CDP/Chef during daily kitchen operations and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry section and equipment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
• Minimize food wastage through proper handling and portion control.
• Assist in maintaining stock levels and inform seniors about shortages.
• Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of orders during service.

Education: 12th/ diploma course/HM/any
